Refund & Return Policy

If you wish to return the items, this is possible within 14 days of receipt. Send the goods as you received them.
You pay and arrange the return label yourself.

Personal orders and mystery items cannot be returned

When I receive the goods back, I will check the condition of the goods. And you will get your money back. If the item is broken or missing something, you will not receive a refund.

!! If you live outside the EU, returns are only accepted on DDP terms, meaning you will pay duties and tax up front. If we have to pay for duties and tax on delivery, you will not be refunded! !!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Undelivered items

If an item cannot be delivered and is automatically returned to us, we will email you with two options. You can either choose for one more shipping attempt, or choose for a refund for your items. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If your items cannot be delivered again and are returned to us again, we will refund your items.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Shipping costs will NOT be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If not approved, i.e. in case of damage, we hold the right to partially or not refund you.
